Larry Schultis - Co-Founder

Larry Schultis has over 20 years of experience negotiating technology transactions and outsourcing agreements. He has represented both technology consumers and vendors – including significant outsourcing arrangements for major healthcare providers, utilities, a Big Four accounting firm, and one of the world’s largest financial institutions. He understands the need for the back-end of an escrow service to work seamlessly in the background.

Larry is based in New York, NY and is available by phone as you work closing your transaction to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.

Dustin Struckman Co-Founder

Dustin brings his years of M&A experience to Escrow.Trade and originally simply wanted a better escrow service for his own transactions. However, since no decent service existed, he realized others could also benefit from a white glove escrow service that understands the M&A process.

Dustin is based outside of Seattle, WA and cares deeply that your deals closed without any of the additional hassels inherent in other escrow services.
